I was very happy to get invitation to judge your Specialty in Italy.

Italy har allways been my favorite country and I must say that I allready made my first trip to Italy when I was 14 years old.

The Show was well organized, just beautiful ring with all those decorations and lots of prices.

Then about the Yorkies. I was so happy to see the right sizes and proportions mainly, not very big ones or very tiny ones.

My best male was very well balanced dog all over with nice movements and coat, could have a bit more tan colour. Best bitch was a super type, allmost too active to handle. Beautiful coat quality with medium colours.

What is disturbing me nowadays, are those tails wich are not straight enough. They don't supposed to turn over the back and with all long coat to the top they don't look nice or how they supposed to look.

There were some very nice coat qualities and some younger once with very promising colours. The quality of the bitches was higher than the males.

There was many young breeders who are coming in and to those I just want so say that Yorkie is not only coat or colours or just a good anatomy with nice small size, good movements and happy open temperament. To try to have a super Yorky, you must have all that in the same packet or at least almost. And it is not an easy job.

Anyway I likes what I saw and special thanks about a super "Garden Party" in the ring after the show. Really, really nice atmosphere. Hope all the best to all of You!!
